Windy is quite lovely mare by nature and true pleasure to work with, since she'll always do her best to please you. Despite usually being described as lovely by nature, she still does have little spirit and isn't all sweet every day. She won't do anything major to put you off, just makes it clear that today isn't the best of days for her. These sings of bad day go in the lines of making you come and get her from the fair end of the paddock, looking as irritated as possible when saddled, refusing to get hooves wet and just generally looking grumpy instead of her joyful self.
Windy has natural cow sense to literally die for, once she's head to head with a cow you just enjoy the ride. Due to this as a performance horse Windy is obviously at her best in cutting and other cow disciplines, but she's also pretty decent reining horse. Windy's willingness to work as a team in pretty much anything you ask for does give the chance to give a go at almost any western discipline, but cow ones are the ones where she shines.
